“Adam specializes in "solutions”

  I recently moved into a 3 story townhouse and Adam has helped me with a variety of items. His work has included cutting and installing new baseboards & trim, installing new light fixtures, "light" plumbing, installing a new GFI outlet, and assisting with picking out design options. He has a great tile guy and a great drywall guy who have also helped me out. 

  Adam's experience with flipping and rentals offers a wealth of resources and ideas. He remained calm and creative, which is a great thing for a 1st time home-buyer! Adam specializes in "solutions" - in response to every hiccup, he would say something like "I have 3 options for this...".  I will use Adam in the future and definitely recommend his services and ideas!

The Remy crew was able to finish my basement in a timely manner, working with me to accomplish my goals. Adam the contractor was a good listener and flexible with my desires to save money where possible.  He was able to see my vision and create what I wanted. Adam made sure that at the end of the day he made sure that everything was the way I wanted it. Adam was ever so patient with my changes, while helping me make decisions when I needed help. The crew is respectful and hard working.  I would definitely have them back to do more work on my home.

Adam aerated my lawn and put some new grass seed down that is more heat resistant than the junk the builder put down. He was timely, enthusiastic and I’m already getting new grass. 

He also build two wonderful decks for me and even put up a decorative piece of metal that I wanted up ( the later on his own time after the decks were done). In my opinion he’s a great guy to talk to about your projects. I for my share am happy with the work he did.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share that if you need any help with landscaping and sprinkler repair Adam Gemoets from Remy Properties does a phenomenal job. He came by today and tilled my entire backyard, fixed my broken sprinkler system and got new parts for it. Put down tons of top soil and seeds to help aid the start of a new lawn. He is a pleasure to work with! He will also start the project immediately so if you are looking for work to get done whether it is flooring or any other house renovations he is definitely the guy to do so. He completed the project same day!

If anyone needs their yard done, weeds sprayed, sprinklers cared for, and more, this guy can do it. He is trustworthy, true to his word, and meticulous about making your yard like a golf course. His prices are very competitive and worth every penny. One less worry for a busy schedule. He just does what he does and you move on to more important things. Try him, you too will be amazed and proud of how beautiful your yard is. It’s a reflection of who you are.  My opinion.
